About
Megan Ulrich is a freelance artist and designer living in New York City. She is also the designer and maker behind Opsin Archive.
After receiving her BFA in Glass from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2014, Megan began working at a wine bar in Philly. She quickly developed a fascination with the world of wine, learning about the places and the people making the world’s finest juice. She moved to NYC in 2018 to take on jobs like Dreamweaver at Eleven Madison Park and sommelier at Rezdôra, always trying to blend her passions for wine, hospitality, and art. Megan is currently designing and fabricating a line of slip cast porcelain tableware under the name Opsin Archive. In her studio practice, she is investigating mycorrhizal fungi in a new body of work using fibers, ceramic, glass, and printmaking.
